Applications to volunteer are now open

Volunteers are the essence of TEDxHvAmsterdam. Without them we wouldn’t be able to create an extraordinary experience for our participants. There are various roles you can take up as a volunteer at our events, depending on your skills and interests.

WHY JOIN?

  • Free access to TedxHvAmsterdam.
  • You will not just be a participant, you will help make this event happen!
  • Opportunity to connect with like-minded people.
  • We will provide you with a certificate of participation, which you can add to your CV or linkedin profile.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for enthousiastic individuals who want to make the first TEDxHvAmsterdam happen .

WHAT’S THE TIME COMMITMENT?

  • Tuesday 1st October
  • August/September (We will work out a schedule based on your availability).

Dear team of TedxHvAmsterdam,

I am interested in volunteering and helping you with the event preparations! What kind of tasks do you expect volunteers to do and how many hours do you expect each volunteer to spend working?

I could provide photos of the event that you could use on your website for promotion and I can also be the hostess and welcome the audience!

Also, at what time does the event start and end on October, 1st?

Dear team of TEDxHvAmsterdam,

I am interested in being part of the volunteer program of TEDxHvAmsterdam / FLOOR. The first edition is already tomorrow so it might be too late for preparing and participating, but since I expect more TEDxHvAmsterdam in the future I hereby volunteer for the upcoming events. Therefore I would like to know more about the program and the expectations of the volunteers. Would be cool to hear more from you!

Hello,

A Little late, however didn’t expect to be in the Netherlands, I am preparing myself for a Tedx event and would like to attend tomorrow to make the first step, however there are no tickets available and I was wondering to get in as an volunteer can be there from 14.00 to help prepare for the event.
Or if there are any cancelations let me know if I can get in.

I am very interested in volunteering and helping with the event tomorrow.

I am doing an internship at the Digital Society School at the Studio HvA and would love to volunteer and see the talks – especially the one of our track owner Sobhi!

I could hostess, welcome the audience, help building or taking down the event or any other tasks.

You may email me anytime you need help with the event and I’ll come over, as I will be working in the building right next to you.
